From the Experiencing Christ Together Small Group Series - Beginning In Christ Together This 6-week small group study on the 5 purposes of fellowship, discipleship, ministry, evangelism, and worship lived out in the life of Jesus Christ as seen through His disciples and created for use in conjunction with the Beginning in Christ Together Study Guide.

This teaching DVD contains 6 sessions that lay a foundation for radical discipleship as our hearts are once again captured by who he is and is meant to be used in tandem with the study guide.
Experiencing Christ Together helps your group explore the five biblical purposes that make up a high-impact Christian life —fellowship, discipleship, ministry, evangelism, and worship. Jesus perfectly lived out God’s purposes for his life, and he taught his followers how to do the same. As you walk in the footsteps of those first disciples by listening to and watching Jesus through these studies, you and your group will be transformed.
This study will take you on a six session journey through each of the five purposes that form the bedrock of Saddleback Church. It will help you cultivate a healthy, balanced Purpose Driven® life together with a friend, small group, Sunday School class or your entire church.

You need a few skills, a few friends for support, and a glimpse of God’s heart. These six sessions will equip you to extend love to seekers around you and talk about your experience with God in ways that people will understand. This series is primarily for believers. It helps motivate believers to get connected, and prepares a time for the church to open up its arms, homes, and the doors to the weekend services! This six week series is like a small group version of Evangelism Explosion, Contagious Christian, or other popular or trench evangelism training programs.
